For Calgary’s leading crisis call centre, we created an annual report that broke new ground…and a few telephones.
The Challenge
Create an annual report that tells the story of Distress Centre, Calgary’s 24-hour crisis counselling phone line, in a unique and memorable way.
The Solution
Instead of the Distress Centre story in a traditional printed annual report, we gave stakeholders the chance to listen to it the same way Distress Centre volunteers and employees listen to thousands of stories a year—over the phone.
