who we think with.
I am proud of my Saskatchewan roots. I suppose all the long family road trips on endless prairie highways gazing out the window at wheat fields, grain elevators and livestock motivated me to learn how to draw. My love for art and design continued to grow as a kid. I started treating every school art project like it was a gallery commission and plastered my bedroom walls with magazine advertisements.
When I was old enough to leave home, I moved west to study at the Alberta College of Art & Design (ACAD) and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design. I am a bit obsessive with typography and can spend hours a day browsing font libraries. When I’m not analyzing the descender of a lowercase ‘g’, I spend my time leading the design team and gracing the pages of Applied Arts, Communications Arts and HOW Magazine.
